In almost all kinds of workplaces it is usually seen that some amount of gender discrimination is there and it often gives rise to critical issues. In my workplace most of the works are related to writing contents and designing. Mainly women are recruited because it is believed that they will be able to do the job in a better way than men. It will be shocking to know that most of my co-workers are all female. Recently some men have been recruited who are doing the work equally good.
